Stossil provides behavioral finance analytics reports and scores based on trading data uploaded by users, including emotional control analysis, risk management scoring, discipline ratings, overtrading detection, and personalized action plans.
Certain features require a paid subscription. All payments are processed through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges per your selected plan.
Payments are generally non-refundable once reports have been generated or the billing period has commenced.
All platform software, algorithms, scoring models, report templates, branding, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of Stossil. You may not reproduce or distribute them without prior written consent.
Your uploaded trade data remains your property at all times. By uploading, you grant Stossil a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely for generating your reports.
Stossil reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse of the platform, fraudulent activity, chargebacks made in bad faith, or attempts to exploit the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stossil shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from trading decisions made based on our reports, financial losses in any market, platform interruptions, or unauthorized access to your account.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts, Gadag , in India
